Bridget teaches in North West Kent. Regular classes are held in Offham Village Hall, near West Malling, and in Ash Green Sports Centre.
Bridget is an experienced yoga teacher, is registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) and continues to study yoga.
Online yoga classes are offered over the Zoom platform and are a great way to practise from the comfort of your own home.
